New cashmere creation prototype

Some of you may know that I now have a baby girl named Evelyn! She's one lucky girl to have a mom like me (if I do say so myself... Being a mom is one of the few things I think I'm actually good at!) Not only does she get a charming, funny, and nice mother, she gets a crafty one who insists on making her lots and lots of cashmere toys. One day while I was still pregnant with her, I decided to make a new toy because I was going stir crazy with nesting. Here's what I came up with:

An owl! Okay, it's an owl/Shrek... I call it the Shrowl... This is a prototype. I just want to be clear. LOL. I cut it freehand without actually thinking about it too much. And so the owl ears turned into Shrek ears. She loves it anyways!! It's also survived quite a bit of baby spit up… And washing machine/dryer cycles.
